Thank you for shopping with Oceania Wellness. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping within Australia.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages and Lost Packages
Oceania Wellness takes care to package your items securely. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at info@oceaniawellness.com.au with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to locate it or arrange a replacement/refund.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
