What does it do:
Targets infected eczema and provides an alternative to bleach baths
Reduces bacteria on the skin, helping to alleviate itching, redness, and scaling
No chlorine smell, offering a more pleasant experience
Lightweight oil consistency that absorbs quickly
Key Ingredients:
Manuka Oil: Antimicrobial properties to target microbes associated with infected eczema (Derived Manuka Oil not from bees).
Liquid Paraffin: Helps to moisturize and soothe the skin
Use:
Apply a thin layer to the skin twice daily, particularly on localized areas that may be infected (such as broken, scratched, weepy, or scabby skin). Leave on. The balm has a light oil consistency, so a small amount is sufficient for effective use.
Ingredients:
Vegan
Paraffinum Liquidum, Leptospermum Scoparium Branch/Leaf Oil (Manuka Oil), Laureth-4, Tocopherol

1. Dispense a small amount. The formula is concentrated, so a little covers a large area.
2. Smooth it over dry or irritated areas twice daily and leave it on.
3. Pay particular attention to patches that are scratched, weepy looking, scabby or crusty in appearance, applying gently rather than rubbing.
4. Reapply after bathing while skin is still slightly damp for best softening.
Tips:
- It has a light oil consistency and dries quickly without an oily residue, so it can be used morning and night under clothing.
- It works well alongside a richer moisturiser: apply the balm first to the irritated areas, then your usual moisturiser over the wider area if needed.
- It suits skin prone to eczema and dermatitis type dryness. It is a cosmetic skincare product, not a medicine, so keep using any treatments your doctor has prescribed.
- Patch test first if your skin is highly reactive.
- Broken skin that is spreading, hot, very weepy or painful can be infected. See your GP promptly rather than relying on skincare.
- Manuka Oil (Leptospermum Scoparium Branch/Leaf Oil): a soothing botanical oil from the New Zealand manuka tree, traditionally valued for supporting the comfort of dry, irritated, blemish prone skin
- Liquid Paraffin (Paraffinum Liquidum): a gentle occlusive moisturiser that softens skin and helps reduce moisture loss
- Tocopherol (Vitamin E): antioxidant conditioning

Thick balm that actually soothes flaky knees and elbows; noticeable improvement after a week. Love the antiseptic manuka oil didn't irritate my sensitive skin.
Bought from the clinic and glad I did 175ml lasts ages. Multi-use for face, hands and feet; non-sticky and excellent value.
Pleasant light honey smell, but not overpowering. Skin looks calmer, hydration lasted overnight.
Absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy film; my skin feels soft all day. Subtle manuka scent, easy to use morning and night.
