Is it for the face?
Primarily formulated for the body: areas like heels, elbows, knees, and hands where dryness and thickened skin are common
Can be used on the face with caution, but only if recommended by a clinician, as 12% urea may be too strong and potentially irritating for sensitive facial skin
For the face, gentler urea formulas (around 5 to 10%) are generally preferred

1. Apply to clean, dry skin, ideally after showering while the skin is still slightly damp.
2. Smooth a thin layer over the area and massage in until absorbed.
3. Use once a day. Consistent use over 2 to 4 weeks makes the biggest difference to how smooth and supple the skin feels.
Tips:
- 12% urea both hydrates and gently loosens dead surface cells, so expect gradual smoothing of rough patches rather than an overnight change.
- This strength is formulated primarily for the body. Only use it on the face if a clinician has recommended it, as 12% urea can be too strong for sensitive facial skin. Gentler urea strengths are generally preferred for the face.
- A brief tingle on very dry or cracked skin can occur and usually settles. Stop if irritation persists.
- Avoid broken skin and keep away from the eyes.
- Use Propaira sunscreen on treated areas before sun exposure.
- Pairs well after showering with Propaira Moisturising Wash. For very rough heels, apply a thicker layer at night and cover with cotton socks.
- Store below 25 degrees C.
