1. On first use, press the airless pump around 20 times to load the cream into the pipeline; after that it dispenses normally.
2. Smooth a thin layer over the face, neck and any other sun-exposed areas of concern.
3. Allow it to absorb, then apply a broad spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen over the top. This cream is not a sunscreen and never replaces one.

- Morning is the intended slot: the antioxidant and liposomal actives are there to support the skin through the day's UV exposure, underneath your sunscreen.
