Use:

1. Wet the hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.
2. Apply the shampoo and lather by gently massaging the scalp with fingertips, not nails.
3. Leave the lather on for 2 minutes so the scalp actives have contact time.
4. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Dry the hair gently. Pat rather than rub, and avoid aggressive towelling, which stresses fragile hair.
