1. Cleanse gently with Propaira Rosacea Prone Micellar Cleansing Cream and pat dry.
2. Smooth a small amount of Redness Control Cream over the face and neck, concentrating on areas where redness tends to show.
3. If you apply it in the morning, finish with a broad spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen, as sun exposure is one of the most common redness triggers.
Tips:
- Introduce it on its own for the first week or two before layering other actives, so you can see how your skin responds.
- Keep the rest of your routine short and gentle. Avoid strong exfoliants, fragranced products and hot water on redness-prone skin.
- Patch test on the inner forearm if your skin is highly reactive.
- This is a cosmetic cream formulated for skin prone to persistent facial redness. If redness, flushing or bumps persist or worsen, see your GP or dermatologist.
